At Edit Image Text, we prioritize your privacy and data protection. Here's what you need to know about how we handle your data:

Uploaded images and generated results are stored in object storage so the editor can process, display, and download them.
Images and editing instructions are sent to AI processing providers when you request a scan or edit.
Signing in creates an account record containing details supplied by your sign-in provider, such as your name and email address.
We store credit balances and billing records needed to operate paid features.

Our editor processes scans and edits when you request them:

The scan identifies text blocks; the edit uses your selected region and replacement text to generate an updated image.
Editor images use a temporary storage prefix. This prefix does not by itself guarantee immediate deletion or a fixed retention period.
Editor scans and edits do not create task history records; account, credit, billing, and stored image data are handled separately.

Analytics may be enabled to help us understand service usage:

When enabled, analytics can collect browser, device, page-view, and usage information.
We use sign-in cookies to maintain your session. Payment processing is handled by our billing provider.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking sign-in cookies may prevent account features from working.
